In reflection, I have found that my dream is to live within the joy and bliss of a stable, happy, and fulfilling a home life — one that allows me to exhale, breathe, and share with my loved ones (an ecosystem of happiness for me). I wish to build up a foundation that allows me to rest, thereby becoming a foundation by which my other dreams can be built upon given the stable foundations of my home and loved ones. But before being able to build up an external home life outside of myself, I have to feel safe and at home within myself.
To live a bittersweet life
I hope to live a bittersweet life, one characterized by the inevitable passing of time whereby the objects of my love will have to pass through me in order to make space for the new things that I will love. However, this doesn’t mean the replacement of the old. Instead, it represents the higher total sum of love that I will be able to experience in this lifetime, one that also teaches me about the importance of living and fully loving in the now (to be alive and present in the now).
